With Bai Shao, for Blood Deficiency Heat.
Rx. Clematidis Wei Ling Xian 6g Dispels Wind-Dampness, unblocks the channels and alleviates pain.
Rx. Saposhnikoviae Fang Feng 9g Releases the Exterior and expels External Wind.
With Ku Shen and Chan Tui, for urticaria and skin itch.
Periostracum Cicadae Chan Tui 9g Disperses Wind, clears Heat, vents rashes and relieves itching.
Rz. Coptidis Huang Lian 6g Drains Fire and resolves Fire toxicity.
With Huang Qi, drains pathogenic Heat from the Upper and Middle Jiaos.
Rx. Trichosanthis Tian Hua Fen 6g Drains Heat, generates Fluids, relieves toxicity, expels pus and reduces swelling.
